WARNING! SPOILER ALERT!
I waited so long for this movie, and I came out of the cinema feeling a bit miffed by George and Steve's choice of plot and story. The whole "alien" thing didn't feel right in my opinion (that should stay with Star Wars George!) it just didn't feel like a Indiana Jones movie. At the beginning, when the russians were going through the warehouse, I thought they were looking for the Ark of the Covenant (which you get a small glimpse of) but they were looking for a metal box with alien remains in it, that disappointed me severely. Most of the movie just didn't feel right, and even with the real stunts, there was too MUCH cgi and blue screen effects. The story, plot, and effects made the whole movie feel less consistent/canonical with the first three movies. When compared to them, The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull felt very very silly. There was even a bleedin flying saucer at the end! HOW WRONG IS THAT FOR A INDY MOVIE? The movie wasn't crap, just...disappointing. Thank you George Lucas! you've ruined another of one of my favorite film franchises!



Geez! I have a lot written work to finish before college finishes for the summer next week! *..groanz...* , I hope I can get all done before then *me hopes*.
